Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by PerformanceVPA to clients. By purchasing a service package or hourly plan, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
We offer virtual personal assistant services which may include but are not limited to administrative support, scheduling, email management, travel planning, and other agreed-upon tasks. Services are provided based on the plan you select.
2. Pricing and Payment
Hourly Packages: Payment is due upfront for all hourly packages, which are sold in increments of [10, 20, 30, etc.] hours per month.
One-Time Services: For clients opting for one-off services billed hourly, payment is required within 7 days after the service is rendered.
Late Payments: Invoices not paid within the specified due date may incur a 10% late fee. We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are not made.
3. Scope of Work
Services are limited to the hours purchased and tasks agreed upon at the time of booking. Any tasks beyond the agreed-upon scope may be subject to additional fees.
Tasks not completed within the purchased hours will roll over to the next billing cycle at our discretion.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Monthly Packages: Clients may cancel their package at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for hours not used.
One-Time Services: Cancellation of one-time services must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a 90% cancellation fee.
Refunds: Refunds are only provided in the case of non-performance or non-delivery of services, subject to review.
5. Revisions
We offer up to 2 revisions per task within the scope of the package purchased. Additional revisions or out-of-scope requests may incur additional charges.
6. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your information and will not disclose any private or business data shared during the service without your consent, except as required by law.
7. Communication
All communication will be conducted via email, project management tool, phone. Responses to your inquiries will be provided within 24 business hours unless otherwise noted.
8. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service causing the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. In the event of termination, you will be responsible for payment of services rendered up to the date of termination.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
